Which brokers are actually friendly to EAs? Measured experience only

@kanya_tradesjoined Nov 8, 2025Jul 11, 2026615 views3 replies

Beyond marketing claims: which brokers have you measured as genuinely good for EAs — tight real spreads during news, minimal slippage, no stop-hunting games, fast execution?

Please share measurements (logged slippage, spread snapshots), not vibes. I'll start collecting mine this month.

    Measure, don't trust. Log requested vs filled price on every order for a month. My numbers: one major "raw spread" broker averaged 0.2 pip negative slippage on my stops; another I won't name averaged 1.4 pips. On an M15 system that difference is your entire edge.

    The logging code is 20 lines. There is no excuse for opinions here.

    And test the news windows specifically. Everyone is tight at 14:00 GMT on a quiet Tuesday. The truth about a broker comes out at NFP. Same logging, filtered to red-folder events.

    I will run the slippage logging test on my three brokers and post the results here in a month. Measurements incoming.
